  I've been doing business with Tim Sadusky and his staff for many years. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. As a Mortgage Banker I have contact with many insurance agents and, in my opinion, Tim and his staff are the best around.

  I have been with Tim's agency for 3.5 years now. I was with various other agencies and providers before that. I always disliked the impersonal experience with other agencies/providers and I switched fairly often to combat this. I have a ton of questions when it comes to finding and maintaining an insurance policy for my specific needs and I couldn't find enough answers before: Why did rates go up this period? Why are my friend's/family's auto policy rates much lower than mine? What do I do about insuring a very rare vehicle? I desire to be an informed policy holder above all else: there is so much more to being satisfied with an agency than getting low rates and ample coverage. This is where Tim stepped in for me: Tim is very personable and very knowledgeable in the business. He has been willing to go to bat for me during two major auto claims (one that was very unique and dynamic), other minor claims, finding gaps in coverage in either home or auto, or even to find a discount here and there. I also like how Tim is willing and able to answer the tough questions when it comes to explaining the inner workings of insurance in general and within Farmers itself with my policy. This is key for someone like me who desires a personalized and informed experience with an insurance provider and agency. A significant chunk of my income goes towards insurance, so why wouldn't I pursue this knowledge? On top of dealing with Tim, Teresa and Alex are a pleasure to deal with and a great extension of Tim's knowledge and service. I contact them quite often with auto policy changes in coverage (I own far too many vehicles for one person and I have specific times I like to drive each!). Like Tim, they take the time to answer the easy and tough questions during and in between claims. If you're looking for an agency that can not only provide competitive rates and coverage, but one that also provides a unique personalized, educational experience with a greater peace of mind, I think you should at least have a quick chat with Tim.

  Great insurance, saved me a ton of money. Excellent customer service. I've called to make changes such as new car, addition of a collector truck, etc., and each time I had a fast answer and a low rate. Happy customer!
